A few months back, everyone weighed in with their Top 10 Best Female Characters in Film in the Past 10 Years (1998-2008). Now, it's time to talk about our favorites from TV. Here's my personal best to get us started:

  2. Veronica Mars and Buffy would definitely top my list! Agree with Olivia Bensen on LAW AND ORDER: SVU too. Would add Dr. Elizabeth Weir from STARGATE: ATLANTIS. I also loved Gabrielle on Xena and find Penny on THE BIG BANG THEORY to be a load of fun.
